Me and the wife stopped here for lunch.. and it was AMAZING. The ingredients are fresh, great friendly atmosphere. I had a shrimp po boy with an incredible home-made sauce. Every bite I took had shrimp and bread was perfect, lightly toasted, soft. This is truly world class food without breaking the bank! The place is CLEAN inside and out. Dining room is artfully decorated and nothing is out of place. A lot of pride and care was put into this place. We cannot wait to come here again!
Such a sweet cozy place that the owner and family make you feel like you are being welcomed into their home. Wonderful conversations about all the restaurant experience the owner has achieved which shows in his food. Had to take the sweet potato pie to go after generous portions for dinner. It hit the mark in flavor and freshness! We will be back with friends hopefully for one of your comedy nights!

The wait time was short, and the presentation of the dishes was visually appealing. The service was top-notch, and the food was both fresh and expertly prepared. My selection was the shrimp and grits, paired with a side of fried fish, while my husband opted for the chicken and waffles, accompanied by a side of grits. Furthermore, we ordered a serving of garlic parm wings, which were truly delectable! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind while listening to jazz music and enjoy a delicious meal!!
My boyfriend and I had the best afternoon at this cafe! The atmosphere was so warm and inviting. 🥰 The music was amazing so we stayed inside while waiting for our food and then enjoyed our lunch al fresco on their beautiful patio. The family was so kind and accommodating and that’s what made our day here so special. They have amazing food and cute desserts 🧁 and comedy shows that I’m hoping to make it to. I’m so grateful for the time and energy they put into making this place so special. I pray God blesses this restaurant abundantly 🙏🏽 🩷

My niece and I finally made it to Jada’s Jazz Cafe and WOW. The jerk chicken was absolutely phenomenal,….packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The homemade collard greens were downright scrumptious, and the macaroni and cheese tasted like pure comfort food magic. I also ordered the Jumbo coconut shrimp to-go and my husband loved the crispy coconut shrimp,… the best he’s ever had!!! You can tell this place cooks with heart and soul, not just recipes. ***In a world full of bland chain restaurants serving microwave sadness, this café is a true hidden gem. The food, atmosphere, and passion behind it deserve real community support. If you haven’t been there yet, do yourself a favor and go hungry. I truly hope this amazing local restaurant gets the love it deserves and stays open for a very long time.
I had the curry chicken with mac and cheese and greens. Everything was prepared to perfection and served in an appealing manner. The chef answered questions about the different menu options. Prices are very reasonable for the high quality of the dishes available. The atmosphere is relaxed and elegant with a soothing backdrop of jazz music. This restaurant is a bright star in the historic Moxham neighborhood.
Excellent food and conversation every time I’m in here. This place is definitely a place everyone should try.
